One professional workforce flow
Identity and privacy: Member, Applicant/Employee, Volunteer, and Staff are portal roles attached to the same canonical person where records match. Each portal still enforces its own permissions. Passwords are one-way hashed; setup and recovery links use single-use 256-bit tokens stored only as hashes.
