Back-to-School Community BBQ & School Supply Giveaway Volunteer Team

Help Heaven Sent Ministries serve families through the Back-to-School Community BBQ & School Supply Giveaway. Volunteers may assist with backpack distribution, school supply tables, food preparation and serving, guest registration, hospitality, prayer and encouragement, children’s activities, setup, breakdown, traffic/crowd support, photography/media, and general event support. This opportunity is community-wide and does not solicit membership from another church.

Requirements: Must be dependable, respectful, teachable, and willing to serve families with Christian love. Volunteers should follow event leadership, protect children and families, keep donation and registration information confidential, and complete any required orientation, acknowledgement, or background check before serving in sensitive areas.

Schedule: Event date and service shifts as announced by Heaven Sent Ministries; volunteers may serve before, during, and after the community event. · Heaven Sent Ministries community outreach location / assigned event area

Office of P.A.M. Ministry Support Volunteer

The Office of P.A.M. / Pastor Aide Ministry is seeking faithful, respectful, and dependable volunteers to assist with pastoral support, worship service readiness, ministry communication, visitor care, altar call support, prayer support, and special assignments as directed by ministry leadership.

Requirements: Must be respectful, dependable, prayerful, teachable, confidential, and willing to serve under ministry leadership. Orientation, acknowledgement forms, background check, and ministry approval may be required before active assignments.

Office of Church Secretary

Interim Church Secretary Office Support

The Office of Church Secretary is seeking organized and trustworthy support for interim church administrative duties including ministry records, member and volunteer information, meeting notes, church communication, document preparation, follow-up records, forms, and reports.

Requirements: Must be professional, organized, trustworthy, confidential, and able to communicate clearly. Orientation, acknowledgement forms, background check, and management approval may be required before access to office records or administrative tools is granted.

Schedule: As assigned by church administration; flexible support for records, communications, meetings, services, and ministry office needs. · Heaven Sent Ministries / Church Office / Remote administrative support as approved
